Job summary

Ideal candidates have a strong accounting/finance background, banking or credit analysis experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Abrigo software experience is a plus, and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics or equivalent required.
• Banking or credit analysis experience preferred.
• Experience with Abrigo software preferred, but not required.
• Strong accounting/finance background to analyze financial statements.
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and in person.
• Maintain confidentiality; work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credit presentations, financial monitoring, and reporting duties for commercial loans.
• Maintain consistency and integrity of underwriting per Commercial Loan Policy.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal form.
• Support the credit analysis process with accurate data and documentation.

Position Summary

As a Credit Analyst, you will perform various credit functions relating to commercial loans including preparing credit presentations, financial monitoring, and reporting duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining consistency and integrity of the underwriting department by adhering to the Commercial Loan Policy.

• A strong accounting and/or finance background to analyze financial statements.
• Must be able to work independently, accurately and maintain good customer relations with the ability to adapt to varying customer and transactional volume. Must be able to quickly re-establish priorities, responding to the changing needs of the department.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal forms.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Be able to show high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and in person.
• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or economics or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Relevant banking or credit analysis experience or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience with Abrigo software preferred, but not required.
