Responsibilities

• Secure prompt payment from customers with commercial sensitivity and sound judgment.
• Complete daily worklist activities in collection software and document conversations.
• Analyze customer financial conditions to assess credit risk and recommend credit lines via regular reviews.
• Address orders failing auto-approval due to delinquency and release after credit check.
• Escalate issues to Credit Leadership and Sales to determine next steps.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers and banks.
• Negotiate customer disputes to a resolution.
• Take on additional projects as assigned.
