Responsibilities

• Secure prompt payment from customers while using sound business judgement.
• Analyze customer financial conditions to assess credit risk and set credit lines.
• Address orders failing auto-approval due to delinquency and assess credit worthiness.
• Escalate significant credit risks to Credit Leadership and Sales with a plan of action.
• Provide excellent service and build relationships with customers and banks.
• Negotiate disputes to resolution and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in additional projects as assigned.
