Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Related Field.
• Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits
• Availability to work full-time (40 or more hours per week) during May–December 2027
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Interest in AI tools, data analytics, and automation
• Self-starter with willingness to learn credit, collections, finance and data analytics
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the team in securing payment timely from customers while learning credit and collections best practices.
• Assist with daily worklist activities in collection software, recording notes and documenting interactions.
• Learn to analyze customer financial information and how credit lines are established and reviewed.
• Gain exposure to AI-powered analytics and automation tools for credit risk assessment and forecasting.
• Utilize Power BI and Excel to create/monitor dashboards and identify process improvements.
• Participate in special projects and digital transformation efforts focused on data visualization.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management by consolidating customer, credit, and collection data.
