Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting or related field.
- 2+ years in credit/financial analysis or underwriting.
- Experience with different loan types.
- Knowledge of credit risk, lending regulations and compliance.
- Strong verbal and written client relationship skills.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and determine cash flow.
Responsibilities
- Conducts credit investigations and analyzes loan information.
- Reviews financial statements and analyzes trends.
- Prepares credit memorandums and presents conclusions.
- Maintains documentation for credit files and communicates with loan officers.
- Accompanies lenders on business calls and conducts industry research.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
