Job summary

First Federal Bank in Meridian, ID is seeking a Credit Analyst to prepare detailed credit memoranda within our commercial underwriting standards and to spread financial data for requests.

You will partner with Commercial Loan Officers, assess risks, perform credit risk analysis, and support annual reviews, with opportunities to advance in a community-focused bank.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the detailed Credit Memorandum within First Federal’s defined commercial underwriting standards.
  • Spread financial data and prepare financial analysis for assigned commercial credit requests.
  • Form preliminary questions to drive underwriting and loan eligibility.
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with the credit, including financial, operational, and industry-specific risks.
  • Partner with Commercial Loan Officers (CLO) throughout the underwriting process.
  • Perform credit risk analysis as requested by a CLO, including annual reviews, monitoring loan covenants, and assisting with asset classification. The Credit Analyst will escal… concerns to CLO, supervisor, or Chief Credit Officer (CCO).
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Credit Analyst

Preferred Qualifications

Two (2) years working experience in the analysis of financial information (financial statements, tax returns, etc.).
