What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and maintain enrollment for a large provider group across various payors including Medicare and Medicaid
• Complete accurate and detailed professional applications for hospitals and payers, ensuring timely reviews and documentation
• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to enhance credentialing processes and communication
• Perform primary source verification for new and existing physicians as requested
• Maintain organized records of physician files and ensure compliance with credentialing standards
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital medical staff setting with professional and/or payer credentialing and enrollment
• Experience with CAQH, PECOS, and Medicaid
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Credentialing certification preferred; ongoing education encouraged
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience supporting teleradiology practices (e.g., Radiology Partners, Envision)
• Knowledge of medical credentialing and privileging procedures and the Out of State Medical Board Licensure application process
