Elevate ENT Physicians is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing across payers and facilities. You will prepare and submit applications, maintain compliant provider files, and coordinate with payers and internal teams to track credentialing status.

The role requires 3+ years in credentialing, knowledge of CAQH, and excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced healthcare environment in Texas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical credentialing.
• Knowledge of CAQH, payer enrollment timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing with payers, hospitals, and facilities.
• Prepare, submit, and track credentialing applications.
• Maintain provider files for payer, regulatory, and accreditation compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact with payers, providers, and internal teams on credentialing status.
• Monitor licenses, certifications, DEA registrations, and enrollments.
