Elevate ENT Physicians in Florida is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to oversee provider credentialing, re-credentialing, and enrollment with payers, hospitals, and facilities. You will manage applications, track statuses, and maintain compliant provider files to support quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in medical credentialing, knowledge of CAQH, payer enrollment processes, and strong communication.

Formación

• Experience in medical credentialing, ENT preferred.
• Knowledge of payer enrollment, CAQH, and timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Professional communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing with payers, hospitals, and facilities.
• Prepare, submit, and track credentialing applications.
• Maintain provider files for compliance with payer, regulatory, accreditation requirements.
• Serve as point of contact with payers, providers, internal teams regarding credentialing status.
• Monitor expiration dates for licenses, certifications, DEA registrations, and enrollments.
• Support new provider onboarding and expansions within the practice.
