Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a Credentialing Specialist for our Southeast, OH region. The role involves maintaining provider files, managing credentialing portals, and coordinating with payers to ensure timely credentialing and re-credentialing.

Qualified candidates will have 1 year of credentialing experience in Ohio Medicaid and 3 years of experience with electronic health record systems for claims processing.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year credentialing experience in Ohio Behavioral Health Medicaid required.
• 3 years experience using an electronic health record system to process claims preferred.

Mansioni

• Maintain individual provider files for credentialing applications and portals.
• Maintain CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, CMS tracking; ensure portal logins are active.
• Update CAQH provider files and NPI applications.
• Terminate enrollments with government and commercial payers as needed.
• Coordinate credentialing and re-credentialing with insurance companies.
