Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a Credentialing Specialist in Southeast, OH. You will maintain provider files, track CAQH/PECOS/NPPES/M CMS portals, and manage enrollment with government and commercial payers.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting, credentialing, or related field.
• 1 year credentialing experience in Ohio Behavioral Health Medicaid required.
• 3 years’ experience with an electronic health record system to process claims preferred.
• Broad knowledge of community service systems.
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Auto insurance coverage required.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.

Mansioni

• Maintain individual provider files with up-to-date information for credentialing applications.
• Track CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, CMS portals and logins for providers and payers.
• Update CAQH provider profiles and NPI-related documents.
• Process enrollment and disenrollment with government and commercial payers.
• Coordinate credentialing, recredentialing, and contracting processes with insurers.
• Follow up with managed care organizations and plans on credentialing stages.
• Identify and resolve onboarding issues and provide documentation to external participants.
• Attend trainings as needed and support Billing Department tasks.
