Behavioral Health Solutions in Henderson, NV is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to manage credentialing and re-credentialing for healthcare providers. You will review, verify, and submit applications, and enroll providers with government and commercial payers.

The role requires 1–2 years credentialing experience (or CPMS), strong communication and organization, and proficiency with Windows and EMR systems such as AthenaOne. Full-time, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of medical credentialing experience, or CPMS certification
• Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills
• Strong organization and time management under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demeanor
• Proficient in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel; MS Office
• Knowledge of EMR systems such as AthenaOne
• Attendance and punctuality are essential
• Detail-oriented with timely accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Problem-solving and proactive approach
• Adherence to Behavioral Health Solutions' values and principles
• Additional duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Process credentialing and re-credentialing applications for healthcare providers.
• Review, verify, and submit credentialing applications.
• Set up and maintain provider information in the credentialing database.
• Track license and certification expirations to ensure timely renewals.
• Maintain confidential records of providers and credentialing proceedings.
• Handle government and commercial payer enrollment.
