Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with credentialing software, CVOs, and external vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current and accurate provider data in systems.
• Complete provider/payor enrollment applications and monitor follow-up.
• Maintain licenses, Malpractice, and required documents for all providers.
• Coordinate with CVO to submit credentialing requests and track expirations.
• Audit provider addresses with health plans for accuracy and integrity.
