Ivy Health's Randolph, NJ clinic is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming, organized clinic experience. You will support front office tasks including patient registration, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless coordination with the clinical team.

This full-time role offers exposure to therapy services across PT, OT, Speech, and ABA, with a focus on exceptional customer service, efficient workflows, and a patient-centered

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and multitasking skills with a patient‑facing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as first point of contact.
