Job summary

Solv Billing LLC is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to own provider enrollment and recredentialing from start to finish. You will manage applications, maintain CAQH profiles, and track NPI/PAI identifiers to ensure no lapse in enrollment.

This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely payer communication. The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in credentialing, familiarity with CAQH ProView, NPPES and PECOS, and a strong command of written English.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of credentialing, payer enrollment or provider onboarding experience.
• Working knowledge of CAQH ProView, NPPES, PECOS and payer portal workflows.
• Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid enrollment processes.
• Strong writing skills for applications and payer follow-ups.
• Discretion with sensitive provider and business documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit payer enrollment and recredentialing applications.
• Maintain CAQH profiles and complete attestations on schedule.
• Track NPI, PTAN and payer identifiers through the lifecycle.
• Follow up with payers on pending applications and escalate stalled files.
• Set up and manage EDI, ERA and EFT enrollments and clearinghouse connections.
• Coordinate with providers’ offices to verify required documents.

This is the work that decides whether a practice can bill a payer at all, and it is one of the highest-value services we offer.
