Job summary

Hudson Regional Health in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to manage credentialing, re-credentialing and privileging for all providers.

You will maintain provider data in credentialing databases, ensure timely license and certification renewals, and keep addresses and documentation current.

This role requires a high school diploma and experience with credentialing processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage credentialing, re-credentialing and privileging for all providers.
• Keep provider data up to date in credentialing databases and online systems.
• Ensure timely renewal of licenses and certifications.
• Maintain current data for all providers across systems.
• Complete credentialing applications and perform follow-ups.
• Verify and update practice addresses with all entities.
• Maintain copies of licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage and other docs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by coordinator.

Job Duties

• Responsible for credentialing, re-credentialing and privileging process for all healthcare providers to provide patient care at the Hospital.
• Responsible for ensuring and maintaining data for each provider in credentialing databases and online systems timely renewal of licenses and certifications.
• Complies and maintains current and accurate data for all providers.
• Completes provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications; monitoring and follow-ups as needed.
• Ensure practice addresses are current with all entities.
• Maintain Copies of current Licenses, DEA Certificates, malpractice coverage and other required documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by coordinator
