Job summary

LifeStance Health in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Credentialing Operations professional to manage credentialing processes for employed mental health providers. You will prepare Salesforce dashboards, ensure data quality, and support across IT, Billing, Compliance, Contracting, Legal and Business Development to sustain high service standards.

Requirements include 5+ years in medical operations, 2+ years Salesforce/Health Cloud, a bachelor’s degree, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Through delegated and local processes, the credentialing team ensures that all providers meet the standards set forth by the NCQA. Credentialing Operations exists to provide Credentialing and the larger LifeStance ecosystem with the training, tools, resources, analytics, and system administration required to achieve a high standard of customer service, internally and externally.
