LifeStance Health seeks a strategic Finance Business Partner for Revenue to deliver analytical insights and drive cross-functional alignment for executive decisions. You will lead revenue growth initiatives, spearhead complex payor negotiations, and oversee financial modeling, analytics, and process automation to improve profitability and efficiency.

The role requires 7+ years in FP&A, strong GAAP knowledge, and expert Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A/analytical experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth initiatives with operations and business development to implement strategies.
• Lead payor negotiation strategies with payer engagement leadership to maximize net revenue per visit.
• Develop and execute custom financial analysis and planning tooling (Power BI/PowerQuery).
• Oversee Chargemaster data management and payor fee schedule audits.
• Monitor CMS Medicare guidelines and regulatory changes and assess financial impact on Behavioral Services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate financial trends into corporate strategy.
