LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Credentialing Salesforce Project Administrator to support our credentialing operations remotely for the USA.

You will build Salesforce reports and dashboards, maintain data quality, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate provider credentials and streamlined processes. This role requires 5+ years operational experience, 2+ years Salesforce Health Cloud, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in medical services or medical technology.
• 2+ years of Salesforce or Salesforce Health Cloud in admin/developer role.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Office, Excel, DocuSign, and Adobe Reader.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Salesforce reports and user/leadership dashboards.
• Ensure data quality across credentialing data.
• Investigate Credential Operations tickets and streamline responses.
• Create payor rosters and manage changes.
• Collaborate on credentialing software, training resources, and processes.
• Facilitate team meetings and Q&A sessions.
• Understand credentialing responsibilities for timely provider data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Through delegated and local processes, the credentialing team ensures that all providers meet the standards set forth by the NCQA. Credentialing Operations exists to provide Credentialing and the larger LifeStance ecosystem with the training, tools, resources, analytics, and system administration required to achieve a high standard of customer service, internally and externally.
