Job summary

Responsibilities

• Designs and administers the credentialing program to ensure well-documented processes, accurate information, and confidentiality.
• Prepares annual audits with managed care contract delegates.
• Co-leads monthly staff meetings to troubleshoot ongoing issues and concerns.
• Generates standard and ad hoc credentialing reports for internal and external customers.
• Administers the credentialing database and related physician relations modules.
• Serves as chairperson and team leader on assigned committees.
• Provides input for hiring, training, leading, and evaluating staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
