The role partners with CHRO and CMO to uphold high-quality care and regulatory alignment. The specialist coordinates onboarding steps, tracks renewals, and supports audits and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in healthcare credentialing, medical staff services, or provider enrollment.
• Strong knowledge of credentialing standards and healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency with credentialing software and HRIS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage high volumes and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate onboarding from offer to first day, aligning with HR processes.
• Lead credentialing and privileging for providers, ensuring readiness before care.
• Track FPPE/OPPE, performance reviews, and re-credentialing cycles.
• Manage FTCA HRSA compliance, audits, and accreditation support.
• Maintain accurate credentialing files and provider records.
• Prepare materials for Credentialing Committee and leadership review.
• Monitor license and certification expirations and renewals.
• Develop scalable workflows and dashboards with HR and clinical leadership.
