Job summary

Sheppard Pratt is seeking an in-person Credentialing Coordinator to support medical staff credentialing, privileging, and reappointment processes. You will maintain files to Joint Commission standards, manage the ECHO system, prepare reports, and coordinate communications with clinicians, leadership, and committees.

A Bachelor's degree or healthcare admin experience is preferred. Work Mon-Fri on a day shift, advancing quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across the Division of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent healthcare admin experience.
• Experience with credentialing/privileging processes or medical staff administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credentialing, appointment, and reappointment for medical staff.
• Maintain files per Joint Commission and state requirements.
• Manage ECHO database and generate reports for committees and leadership.
• Handle licensure, certifications, and insurance tracking and notices.
