Job summary

The role requires managing credentialing files, licenses, certifications, and reports, with close coordination to committees and leadership.

The position emphasizes knowledge of The Joint Commission and NCQA requirements, along with two to three years of administrative healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) and NCQA requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree and healthcare experience preferred.
• Two to three years of administrative work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credentialing for Medical Staff clinicians (active, courtesy, consulting).
• Maintain files per TJC and Maryland requirements; prepare files for committees.
• Maintain ECHO database and generate reports; track license/insurances; notify stakeholders.
