Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.

• A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a healthcare setting with multiple project responsibilities required.
• Two (2) years of credentialing experience, especially with government organizations, required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, submit, and monitor initial credentialing and recredentialing applications for Clinical Reviewers.
• Maintain and manage provider records within electronic databases and credentialing platforms.
• Ensure provider files remain compliant with URAC standards and regulations.
• Monitor expiration of credentials and facilitate timely renewals.
• Serve as primary contact among Clinical Reviewers, Medical Directors, and internal departments.
• Coordinate Credentialing Committee meetings and prepare materials.
• Provide support for recruitment, onboarding, and related initiatives.
