Job summary

Marin Community Clinics seeks a Credentialing and Licensing Coordinator to manage licenses, credentialing workflows, and regulatory records across MCC sites. You will review applications, verify credentials, and ensure timely renewals to support clinical staff readiness.

Role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an emphasis on collaboration with HR, Compliance, and payer enrollment. Office-based with occasional travel between MCC sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3 years of healthcare credentialing, licensing, or regulatory operations preferred.
• NAMSS credentialing education or certification preferred.
• FQHC or multi-site ambulatory healthcare experience and familiarity with California licensing and HRSA encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Maintain licenses, permits, registrations, and regulatory records with audit-ready files.
• Coordinate credentialing and recredentialing for licensed practitioners per MCC policy.
• Prepare credentialing files for committee review and approval processes.
• Track expirations and escalate barriers to ensure workforce readiness.
• Collaborate with HRSA scope, payer enrollment, and cross-functional teams to keep data aligned.
