Job summary

Nevada Regional Medical Center is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist and Medical Staff Credentialing in its Quality Department. The role manages end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, privileging, and payer enrollment for physicians, APPs, and allied health professionals.

Working within CIHQ/state/federal standards, the position ensures active credentials and billing/network statuses, maintains CAQH ProView, NPPES, and PECOS data, and prepares files for the Credentials Committee and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in medical staff credentialing or provider enrollment.
• Strong knowledge of NCQA, CMS, and CIHQ accreditation standards.
• Experience with CAQH, PECOS, and credentialing software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage initial and recredentialing for Medical Staff and APPs.
• Conduct PSV of licensure, education, training, and board certifications.
• Coordinate provider enrollment with Medicare, MO HealthNet, and payers.
• Maintain CAQH ProView/NPPES records and data accuracy.
• Prepare credentialing files for committees.
