Responsibilities

• Maintain provider records in electronic databases and generate reports
• Ensure compliance with URAC standards and regulatory requirements
• Track renewals for licenses and certifications to ensure uninterrupted compliance
• Serve as primary contact among reviewers, Medical Directors, and internal teams
• Organize Credentialing Committee meetings and prepare materials
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities as needed
