Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related work experience.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• CPCS Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, and maintain the credentialing and recredentialing process within timeframe.
• Respond to emails, calls, and texts quickly.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the credentialing database.
• Verify providers have required experience, education, credentials, and certifications.
• Protect provider work history and personal medical information.
• Prepare provider file for completion and presentation to clients and upload into system.
• Ensure MSO credentialing database is updated and current.
• Ensure primary source verifications occur for internal and external customers.
• Provide timely follow-up to obtain documentation.
• Other duties to support vision, mission, and values.
