Key Responsibilities

• Manage initial credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment for healthcare providers
• Collect, verify, and maintain provider documentation (licenses, DEA, board certs, malpractice, etc.)
• Maintain CAQH profiles and payer rosters; track expirables and deadlines
• Follow up with payers and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues
• Maintain accurate logs, trackers, and credentialing files

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider credentialing and/or payer enrollment
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management
• Experience working with multiple providers and payers simultaneously
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; credentialing software experience a plus
• Community health center, clinic, or FQHC experience preferred
