Key Responsibilities Act as the liaison for both internal and external stakeholders by monitoring and responding to provider inquiries Respond to provider inquiries about credentialing within a 24-business-hour SLA Partner with the Support team to train non-credentialing teammates on common credentialing issues Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing and / or payor enrollment Confidence in interacting with healthcare providers and guiding them Ability to manage a high volume of inbound questions with empathy and precision Organized and detail-oriented, able to follow process flows accurately Self-motivated and reliable in a fast-paced, remote environment
