Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Credentialing Support Specialist to assist the Contracting and Credentialing teams with DOT/APC certification tracking, facility credentialing, and payer contract management. You will help launch workflows in the IntelliCred system and ensure accurate records and billing support.

Responsibilities include maintaining certifications, submitting documents, and coordinating with field teams to ensure compliance and timely renewals across Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, and Work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Degree from an accredited college or university.
• A college degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of administrative experience.
• Moderate to advanced Excel skills.
• Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mindset, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and Flexibility.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information (HIPAA/PHI).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support DOT certification tracking and NRCME validation.
• Manage APC/ATC agreements for compliance and renewals.
• Coordinate facility credentialing for various payers.
• Track payer contracts for executive review and signatures.
• Submit expenses for internal credentialing verification charges.
• Launch workflows in IntelliCred for new hires, terminations, and changes.
