Job summary

Dane Street, LLC is seeking a Credentialing Supervisor to protect patient safety and revenue flow by ensuring providers meet regulatory standards. The role accelerates provider onboarding, prevents billing delays, and mitigates legal risk by reviewing credentials and maintaining audit-ready records.

The position involves liaison with Medical Directors, Operations, and Contracts, with a focus on quality, throughput, and team supervision to uphold Dane Street’s high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Healthcare or insurance credentialing experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with computers and typing.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial credentialing and recredentialing, verify licenses, board certs, background checks.
• Communicate application status with operations and Medical Director.
• Update expired licenses and registrations.
• Manage reviewer data changes and W-9 requests.
• Edit fee schedules and obtain fee agreements.
• Participate in Quality Management Committee.
• Provide credentialing content support to leadership.
• Supervise Credentialing Specialists day-to-day.
• Other duties as assigned.
