Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare provider credentialing/re-credentialing experience.
• Strong understanding of Joint Commission, NCQA, URAC credentialing standards.
• Proficiency with credentialing software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Process initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications for provider types (NPs, PAs, MDs, Behavioral Health).
• Conduct sanction checks and ongoing compliance monitoring; alert leadership to undisclosed findings.
• Monitor expirables like licensure, certifications, malpractice insurance; report weekly to leadership.
