Job summary

NationsBenefits LLC is seeking a Data Engineer/Analytics Engineer to support credentialing data workflows. You will work closely with Provider teams to process and track credentialing data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Responsibilities include maintaining credentialing records, generating reports, and coordinating with stakeholders. This role requires SQL, Python and data warehousing experience, with after-hours availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Healthcare credentialing experience.
• 3+ years as a Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant languages.
• Strong data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization experience.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance standards.
• Creative mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to work after normal hours, including weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Provider Team to support credentialing data workflows.
• Maintain records of credentialed providers and process data entries.
• Process, record, and track credentialing documents in systems and shared sheets.
• Monitor data sources to ensure timely credentialing information.
• Coordinate with teams to reconcile data gaps and prepare reports.
• Draft credentialing letters and distribute minutes for meetings.
• Create presentations as needed; liaison with credentialing vendors.
• Handle special projects and ad hoc responsibilities.
