Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• Current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
• Calm and efficient in fast-paced or stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration.
• One year of experience in veterinary industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
• Lead and mentor medical team to ensure efficient workflow and growth of teammates.
• Educate clients on treatments, review medical records, and answer questions.
• Maintain high standards of hospital environment and contribute to positive culture.
