Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Skills:

• Professional client communication, obtaining medical histories and symptoms
• Laboratory procedures: hematology, cytology, urinalysis, microbiology, blood chemistry, fecals
• Diagnostic imaging and safety protocols
• Nursing skills: restraining, medication administration (PO/IV/SUBQ/IM), bandage application, IV catheter placement, venipuncture, surgery prep, anesthesia monitoring

Requirements:

• Veterinary Technician Certification or Licensure (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT), or ability to transfer credentials
• Associate degree in Veterinary Technology

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay range: $24.00 - $26.00/hour based on experience.
