Deborah is seeking a qualified Health Information Technician to review and code patient records for inpatients and outpatients in New Jersey. You will assign ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes, and verify CPT-4 codes, DRGs, and APCs. The role requires knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and billing classifications.
