Job summary

Forbes is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Relations to join the Forbes Creator Network team. You will drive the growth of our talent recommendation engine and secure compelling creators and hosts to meet advertiser, content and events needs.

Preference will be given to candidates on the West Coast, with Los Angeles favored. We are open to remote candidates based in eligible states in the U.S. The annual base salary range is $100,000 - $110,000.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in talent management, talent relations, casting, or within a digital talent agency.
• Strong industry network with talent managers, digital agents, publicists, and independent creators.
• Experience booking for branded content, digital series, advertising campaigns, or hosting roles.
• Highly organized with experience managing talent databases, roster libraries, or casting decks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate high-profile creators and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Talent Recommendation: identify the right creators for advertiser, content and live events opportunities.
• Host & Talent Booking: source, pitch, and secure high-profile hosts and digital creators.
• Program Development: build and scale a creator correspondent program for on-the-ground presence.
• Roster & Library Management: maintain talent roster with up-to-date data and metrics.
• Agency & Industry Relations: nurture relationships with talent agencies and creators; attend events to source talent.
