You will work with precision under tight timeframes, respond across channels, and help maintain branding guidelines while contributing to a fast-paced environment at a creator-led startup with a broad reach.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of social media marketing or project management experience.
• Passion for short form and new media platforms.
• Problem solving with escalation when needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication; translate tech language.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; Hubspot/Canva a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and high attention to detail.
• Self-starter, fast learner, and team player.
• Ability to work within strict branding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Talent Coordinator for a roster of talent.
• Communicate delivery dates, delays, re-draft, caption requirements, live links, and payment details.
• Attend standups and creator regroup meetings; prepare talking points and take notes.
• Respond across iMessage, Slack, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Present potential management scouting selections weekly and attend intro meetings.
• Keep up with social media trends and maintain organized processes.
