Job summary

Markable AI is seeking a Creator Success Associate in Bellevue, WA, offering a hybrid schedule with a base salary plus commissions. You will manage a portfolio of creators, guiding them from onboarding through live ads and optimization, while tracking performance and ROI.

You will educate creators on Markable’s tools and brand deals, coordinating with Ads, Product, and Support teams to maximize outcomes. This role suits a creator-first, performance-driven, highly organized individual.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, customer success, or account management.
• Ability to analyze content and ad performance to provide actionable feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with multi-creator management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of creators.
• Onboard new creators, ensuring they understand program requirements and expectations.
• Support creators through the Boosting Program lifecycle, from content submission to live ads and performance optimization.
• Review submissions, confirm tracking accuracy, and coordinate with the ads team.
• Monitor ROI, ad spend, and campaign results, sharing insights and recommendations.
• Provide feedback on underperforming content and suggest new formats, products, or strategies.
• Build strong creator relationships that encourage consistent performance and long-term growth.
• Educate creators on Markable’s broader tools, including affiliate links, Auto DMs, and brand deals.
• Track communications, results, and engagement in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Ads, Product, and App Support, to resolve issues and improve workflows.

This Role

As a Creator Success Associate, you’ll support a portfolio of creators participating in Markable AI’s Boosting Program. You’ll be a primary point of contact for your creators, helping them navigate the program from onboarding and content submission through live ads and performance optimization.

You’ll monitor content and campaign performance, provide actionable feedback, and help creators identify opportunities to improve results. You’ll also educate creators on Markable’s broader tools and opportunities, including affiliate links, Auto DMs, and brand deals.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, understands digital content and social media, and is comfortable looking at performance data and turning insights into actionable recommendations. We’re looking for someone who is creator-first, performance-driven, highly organized, and able to balance empathy with business priorities.

Preferred, but Not Required

• Experience working with creators, influencers, affiliates, or social media talent.
• Familiarity with paid advertising, affiliate marketing, or creator monetization.
• Experience working with performance metrics such as ROI, ROAS, ad spend, engagement, or conversion.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends.
• Experience using CRM, project management, analytics, or other internal systems.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms.
