Job summary

Athletic Brewing Co. is seeking a Content Partnership Manager to own and grow our creator and content partnership program. You will design the partnership portfolio, negotiate deals, and ensure every piece of partner content reflects the Athletic brand, from draft to paid placement.

This role collaborates with media planning, social, and PR teams to turn creator relationships into a repeatable content engine. A focus on ROI and compliant programs is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in creator/influencer marketing, content partnerships, or media.
• Proven track record measuring impact of creator partnerships and content.
• Hands-on experience with paid amplification of creator content and coordination with media teams.
• Experience negotiating creator contracts including usage rights and FTC disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Own the creator and content partnership function end-to-end: strategy, planning, workflow, budgeting, and performance management.
• Design the partnership portfolio with tiers and a clear rationale for reach, supply, and conversion.
• Build annual plans with reconciled totals, benchmarks, and recommended paths.
• Measure impact on brand equity and ROI with cross-channel metrics and business signals.
• Ensure compliant programs across non-alcoholic rules and platform policies while preserving creativity.
• Provide briefing and feedback frameworks to ensure brand messages are reflected in creator content.
• Source, negotiate, and manage creator partnerships, including exclusivity and FTC compliance.
• Integrate creator assets into channel plans with data-driven partner selection.
