Job summary

Nexu Solutions is seeking a commercially driven partnerships professional to grow a network of creators in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, wellness, and related niches. This remote role involves occasional travel and attending industry events in Poland to build relationships with creators, managers, and agencies.

You will identify, approach, and sign creators, working with an established outreach team and CRM to report progress and activation results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creator partnerships or business development.
• Ability to source, approach, negotiate with, and close creators.
• Strong network in influencer/creator spaces is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Polish and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct outreach via social media, email, and other channels.
• Manage follow-ups and calls to understand creators’ goals and present partnership opportunities.
• Explain the subscription monetization model, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding from signing.
• Attend creator economy and influencer events in Poland to build relationships.
• Build relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies, converting event connections into opportunities.
• Keep CRM updated and report outreach activity, meetings, and activations.

Our client is a fast-growing creator monetization platform helping creators turn their audience into recurring revenue through subscription-based content and fan engagement.

We’re looking for a commercially driven partnerships professional to grow their network of creators in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, wellness, and related niches.

In this role, you’ll personally identify, approach, and sign creators, supported by an established outreach team, tools, and acquisition processes. You’ll also represent the platform at industry events, building relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.

• Identify and approach creators whose content and audience fit the platform.
• Conduct direct outreach through social media, email, and other relevant channels.
• Manage follow-ups and lead calls to understand creators’ goals and present partnership opportunities.
• Explain the subscription monetization model, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from signing to onboarding.
• Attend relevant creator economy, influencer marketing, beauty, and lifestyle events in Poland.
• Build relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies, turning event connections into commercial opportunities.
• Keep the CRM updated and report on outreach activity, meetings, signed partnerships, and creator activation.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in creator partnerships, talent management, or business development within a subscription-based creator platform or an agency supporting subscription monetization.
• Proven experience personally sourcing, approaching, negotiating with, and signing creators.
• Experience working with influencers in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, wellness, or similar niches.
• A clear understanding of paid subscriptions, audience monetization, and recurring creator revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Polish and professional English.
• Based in Poland, with availability for occasional travel and industry events.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of commercial targets.
