TikTok is seeking a Category Creator Management Project Intern for the US Operation in Seattle. You will support category teams by connecting priority products with creators to boost discovery, content, and sales, while maintaining trackers and reporting for day-to-day operations.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or higher.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, creator economy, and digital marketing.
• Comfortable organizing information into summaries and action items from data.
• Strong attention to detail in recurring reports and trackers.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• High ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and processes quickly.

• Support category teams to connect priority products with creators to drive discovery, content, and sales.
• Maintain trackers for creators, products, merchants, campaigns, and reporting.
• Assist data processing and maintenance across recurring reports and dashboards.
• Organize creator pools, segmentation, outreach follow-up, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate operational details for creator campaigns and product sampling programs.
• Assist with campaign operations and brand activations, tracking participation and post-campaign reporting.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and track deliverables with internal partners.
• Prepare weekly summaries and progress updates for reviews.
• Help improve repeatable workflows and stakeholder updates.
• Use productivity and analytics tools to improve data organization and documentation.
