Job summary

Gotham FC in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Manager, Creator Marketing and Brand Activations to lead creator marketing, brand activations, and cross-functional campaign strategy, driving local awareness and growth in NYC markets. You will manage creator/influencer partnerships, define KPIs, and oversee activations from concept to delivery, reporting to the Director, Brand and Fan Experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in brand/creator marketing, experiential marketing, or partnerships.
• Proven track record managing creators, influencers, or brand partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Devise and lead a creator marketing strategy to reach new audiences locally.
• Define creator KPIs, manage agency relationships, and optimize campaigns.
• Execute brand activations from concept to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate on nontraditional marketing strategies leveraging club assets.
