Job summary

Gotham FC seeks an Associate Manager, Retail & Local Collaborations, to drive merchandise strategy and brand partnerships across the New York/New Jersey market. You’ll manage planning, requests, vendors, inventory, launches, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure timely delivery.

The role focuses on creating local collaboration opportunities with brands, artists, and cultural partners while translating club priorities into actionable merchandising plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in merchandising, retail, brand marketing, or related field.
• Experience managing projects end-to-end and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the Club’s merchandise strategy to boost sales, brand awareness, and fan growth.
• Manage merchandise requests, inventory, and production timelines across teams.
• Develop a centralized merchandising calendar and trackers for timely delivery.
• Lead local collaborations with brands, artists, and partners to grow Gotham FC’s market presence.
• Own day-to-day project management for approved collaborations and vendor relations.
