About the role……

We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team and bring creator-focused, brand-integrated events to life. From buzz-worthy industry moments like Fashion Week to intimate happy hours and content house weekends, this role is key to our on-the-ground impact. You’ll lead the planning, execution, and sponsorship coordination for creator events that are both memorable and measurable.

The Day to Day:

• Conceptualize and execute creative events that align with The Sociable Society’s brand and our creators’ communities
• Own logistics from A to Z: venues, permits, vendors, catering, audio/visual, and staffing
• Oversee event budgets, timelines, run-of-show, and post-event recaps

Creator Engagement

• Manage creator guest lists and RSVPs for each event
• Coordinate travel and accommodations for staff and creators as needed
• Ensure creators are aligned with event expectations and deliverables

Brand Sponsorship & Partnerships

• Pitch brand partners to secure sponsorship dollars that fund events
• Create sponsorship decks and sell event vision in a compelling, ROI-driven way
• Serve as the main brand point-of-contact before, during, and after each activation

On-Site Execution

• Be the lead onsite at events, managing setup, check-in, flow, and tear down
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure all partners and creators are supported throughout the event
• Capture key content moments for post-event reporting

What you bring to the team:

• 2–3 years of event planning experience, ideally with both large-scale and boutique activations
• At least 1 year working with digital creators, influencers, or in the creator economy
• Confident in client communication and brand pitching
• Comfortable managing budgets and vendor negotiations
• Organized, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure
• A natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Willing to travel for key events (approximately 6–8 events per year)
