Job summary

Amazon is seeking a leader to build and execute the Creator Marketing strategy, empowering creators to grow their business with Amazon and working closely with product, analytics, science, engineering, creative design, and business development teams.

You will drive personalized creator engagement across email, SMS, push, and automation, shaping lifecycles and seasonal campaigns to maximize impact and education at each funnel stage.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop new strategies for communicating with creators, including lifecycle marketing strategies to attract and retain creators
• Build long-term vision for the creators engagement marketing channel, including prototyping new ideas and working with our social media app partners to unlock new channels to reach creators where they are
• Lead the creator marketing strategy for key retail moments of the year, including high velocity events such as Prime Day.
• Partner with Outbound marketing team and ensure Creators channel receives priority access to new feature launches
• Work closely with product and advocate for tech improvements on roadmaps
• Develop and lead senior-level doc reviews
• Input into senior leader-level documents including regular progress updates, quarterly business reviews, annual planning documents, and more.
