Amazon in Seattle is seeking a Sr. PMM, Engagement Marketing Lead for Creators to shape the overall strategy to engage and educate creators across channels. The Creator Marketing team’s vision is to strategically and creatively attract and retain a diverse population of quality Creators (influencers & publishers) at scale. We scale proven marketing strategies across the Creator community, covering the full funnel of attracting, retaining, and educating creators. Using existing and new communication mechanisms, segmentation, and data, we engage and educate Creators, collect Voice of the Creator feedback and translate learnings to product partners. We strive to empower and inspire creators with content, education, and support they need to be successful through all stages of the marketing funnel.
This role will focus on building and leading the overall strategy and vision for how we engage and educate creators, empowering them to grow their creator business with Amazon. You will work closely with our product team to improve our communication mechanisms, with a focus on personalization within all forms of creator engagement (email marketing, SMS, push notifications) and automation of asset development. You will strategize how best to communicate with creators through all stages of the funnel, developing new lifecycle strategies to attract and retain creators. This role will also lead engagement strategies for the most critical points of the year, such as seasonal moments and retail sale events, ensuring creators are prepared and inspired to generate content. This position will also partner across stakeholders in product, analytics, science, engineering, creative design, and business development, as well as with cross-org stakeholders in outbound and retail to deliver best-in-class marketing experiences.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
