Job summary

Petra Brands is seeking an experienced Creator Content Coach to mentor our growing creator network across TikTok and social commerce. This remote, contract role focuses on live coaching, content strategy, and community support through our Discord server.

You will lead twice-weekly group sessions, share actionable tips, review drafts, and help creators boost engagement and conversions while aligning with Petra Brands campaigns.

• Maintain an active presence in our TikTok Creator Discord server and share weekly tips, trends, and best practices to keep the community engaged.

Role Overview

Petra Brands is seeking an experienced Creator Content Coach to support and level up our growing network of creators across TikTok and social commerce platforms.

This is a targeted, project-based role designed to help creators optimize their short-form video strategy, improve content performance, and drive higher engagement and conversions. You will serve as a direct mentor to our creator community, providing hands-on guidance through live coaching sessions and ongoing community support inside our Discord.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Creator Coaching

• Lead two 1-hour group coaching sessions per week for Petra Brands’ creator community.
• Teach actionable strategies on hook creation, storytelling, video pacing, trend leverage, and call-to-action (CTA) placement tailored for TikTok and social commerce.
• Conduct live teardowns, audits, and Q&A to help creators optimize their draft or published videos.

2. Discord Community Mentorship & Support

• Maintain an active presence in our TikTok Creator Discord server.
• Answer creator questions, provide constructive video feedback and troubleshoot creative blocks between live calls.
• Share weekly tips, trending audio/formats, and best practices to keep the community engaged and motivated.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record as a content creator, TikTok strategist, or influencer content coach with a strong portfolio of high-performing short-form video content.
• Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, algorithm, and social commerce trends.
• Experience delivering constructive video feedback and leading group coaching or workshop sessions.
• Strong communication skills and an engaging, supportive teaching style.
• Familiarity with Discord and community management best practices.
