Job summary

SuperOrdinary's SuperClip division seeks a Community & Talent Operations Manager to own the operational engine behind our creator ecosystem. You will unite community leadership, creator relations, and process discipline to scale a network of creators, clippers, editors, and brand partners.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in creator operations, talent coordination, or community management.
• Experience with talent agencies, creator management, or influencer programs is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume creator communications and relationships.
• Proven track record creating scalable processes and workflows.
• Comfortable acting as the daily point of contact for creators and internal teams.
• Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of the creator community across Discord and other platforms.
• Build trusted relationships with creators, clippers, editors, and community leaders.
• Serve as the primary contact for questions, onboarding, issue resolution, and engagement.
• Develop initiatives to increase participation, retention, and engagement.
• Coordinate onboarding, communications, documentation, and workflows.
• Partner with Talent, Partnerships, and Account Management for a seamless experience.
• Maintain creator records, track participation, and support lifecycle management.
• Identify high-potential creators and facilitate introductions for partnerships.
• Build scalable systems and processes to support growth.
• Develop moderation standards and monitor community health and KPIs.
• Improve workflows to increase operational efficiency across teams.
• Collaborate daily with internal teams to execute creator initiatives.
• Support launches, campaigns, activations, and cross-functional projects.
• Stay current on creator economy trends and opportunities.
